Wedding Cake Tasting

Step 2: Choose four filling flavors from either our “Italian Meringue Buttercreams” and/or our “Premium Fillings”
We create our tastings with mini cupcakes; we will prepare all combinations out of your chosen flavors.
Our cakes are constructed with three layers of cake and two layers of fillings.

Our cakes are made from scratch with pure ingredients. They are always made fresh and never frozen.
Our Italian Meringue Buttercream is much lighter than traditional buttercreams. It has a smooth and velvety texture, and we flavor it with high-quality and pure ingredients.
Our premium fillings are made from quality ingredients and range in flavor and texture.
This cake is flavored with fresh vanilla bean. It is our most neutral flavor and therefore goes with all fillings.

Vanilla cake with Strawberry (buttercream or curd) and Fresh Strawberries
This cake is made with freshly grated lemons and is very fresh, and light in flavor. It pairs well with fruity fillings.

Lemon cake with Raspberry (buttercream or curd) and Fresh Raspberries
This cake has a subtle hint of almond and is a neutral flavor that pairs well with almost all fillings.

This cake has a delicious and soft walnut flavour, and the chopped walnuts makes it a real treat!

This cake is made from high-quality chocolate. It is rich in flavor but light and airy in texture.

Chocolate cake with Passion Fruit (buttercream or curd)
This cake is perfect for summer and has a fresh coconut flavor. It pairs well with fruity fillings as well as most creamy fillings.

This cake is made with freshly grated carrots and chopped walnuts and is flavored with cinnamon. Because of the cinnamon, this cake does not pair well with fruity fillings.

This cake is made with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cardamom. It is the perfect winter flavor and is very reminiscent of “speculaas.” With the fragrant spices, this cake does not pair well with fruity flavors.

To compliment your fillings, slices of fresh fruit can be added to your cake. We suggest only one type of fruit for your cake and we suggest you keep in mind the season of your wedding!
